MY TICKETS NEVER CAME IN THE MAIL?
ALL of our online tickets are will call tickets (your name is put on a list that is at the venue) thus. You will never get tickets sent to you in the mail. It helps us keep your tickets service charge free!
Why does it say coming soon?
“Coming soon” is used when tickets are not on sale yet or if it is the day of the show and the show is NOT sold out.

If the show is sold out the page will say “SOLD OUT”.

Can I get a refund?
Nope, sorry, unless you accidentally clicked the buy button twice… We screen all of our orders to make sure that no mistakes were made.. and if one is we will contact you.
How do I pay THE service fee?
We aren’t ticket master, and we don’t want to be them. All of our tickets are service fee free. We want you to actually pay less for buying advance tickets.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
